Description
This four-lane highway relocated a portion of Clark Howell Highway from Forest Parkway just east of the Flint River to Terrell Mill Road. It also realigned part of Forest Parkway from the Flint River Bridge to State Route 85. The total length of the project was 1.08 miles.
