Description

The Reynolds Nature Preserve Nature Center’s restrooms are being fully renovated with new tiling, toilets, urinals, sinks and fixtures.

July: 2023: The renovation project is now complete, and the restrooms are open to the public.

The work included new floor and wall tiling, sinks, toilets, urinals, lighting, paper towel/garbage can combo and soap dispensers in the men’s and women’s bathrooms. In addition, insulation, vent fans and partitions were also replaced. Repairs were made to concrete where necessary and both restrooms were brought up to meet the standards of the Americans With Disabilities Act requirements.

June 2023: Most of all the materials needed to complete the renovation have been received except for partition parts. The contractors have installed sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, wastebaskets, grab bars and sink facing.

May 2023: Fixtures and sinks are being installed. The ceramic tile has been installed and fixtures and sinks are being installed.
