Widening and Reconstruction of
Anvil Block Rd.

Anvil Block Road was widened and reconstructed from Grant Road to Allen Drive at the Clayton County /Henry County line. Anvil Block Road from Grant Road to Bouldercrest Road (0.46 miles) is a four-lane facility with a raised concrete median. Anvil Block Road from Bouldercrest Road to Allen Drive (1.34 miles) transitioned to a three-lane facility with a center turn lane. The total project length was 1.80 miles.
